  THE PARIS NEWS, Fri., Nov. 17, 1995, p.8B. Merle T. Kildahl, 64, of Sumner died Thursday, Nov. 16, 1995, at Baylor Hospital, Dallas. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 18, at Hopewell Cemetery with the Rev. Ray Starnes officiating. Gene Roden's Sons, Directors of Funerals, has charge of arrangements. Mr. Kildahl was born Sep. 17, 1931, in Cady, WI, a son of Oscar and Bertha Kerr Kildahl. He married Betty Stark Nov. 15, 1963. He was a retired farmer and a Lutheran. He had served in the Air Force. Surviving are his wife; a son, Allen Hentsch of Kickston, WI; a daughter, Mrs. David (Mary) Woods of Brookston; two brothers, Robert Kildahl and Vernon Kildahl, both of Woodville, WI; two sisters, Ester Johnson of Alexandria, VA and Delores Krear of Lorton, VA; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The family requests memorials be made to Peace Lutheran Church, 1125 Pine Bluff St. [1]
